Entire Agreement

These Conditions represent the complete and final agreement on the subject matter between WGI and the Buyer. They override any prior agreements, terms, or conditions (whether written or oral) that existed between the parties or their affiliates.

Acknowledgment

The Buyer agrees that they are not relying on any representations or promises outside of what is explicitly included in these Conditions.

Applicability

Every contract between WGI and the Buyer (or the Buyer's subsidiaries) will adhere to these Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted these Conditions through one of the following actions:

• i) Confirming acceptance via the WGI eCommerce platform.
• ii) Submitting a Purchase Order to WGI.
• iii) Receiving and accepting Products from WGI.
